The Universitat Oberta de Catalunya joins RENIC
Incorporations to the network

The Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC) joined on October 17 as a member in the Network of National Research Excellence in Cybersecurity (RENIC). The UOC is an innovative university that is rooted in Catalonia and open to the world. It offers people lifelong learning to help them and society advance, while carrying out research into the knowledge society.
The UOC cybersecurity research group is the KISON group, coordinated by Dr. David Megías, based at the IN3 of the UOC.
Taking into account all this proposal on cybersecurity by this university, he has obtained accreditation for his membership and has become a member of the RENIC.
