The Winners of the V Edition of the RENIC Cybersecurity Awards to the Best Doctoral Thesis and Best Final Work of Master

After the review and evaluation of all the papers submitted to the V edition of the RENIC Cybersecurity Research Awards, the winners have been the following:

Best Doctoral Thesis in cybersecurity:
Juan E. Rubio – Universidad de Málaga: Analysis and Design of Security Mechanisms in the Context of Advanced Persistent Threats Against Critical Infrastructures

Best Final Work of Master in cybersecurity::
Paula López González – Universidad de Sevilla: Técnica basada en modelos de características para validar y diagnosticar la configuración de un sistema cliente-servidor de autenticación e identificación biométrica

They have been selected among a total of 10 doctoral theses and 9 master's works, many of them of high quality.
